Today I chatted with mom and I greeted her Happy mothers day, cos Dec 22 is mothers day in Indonesia. I sent to her
“happy mothers day ^____^ *hug icon*. ta love ma n pa also… -too bad there’s no fathers day- “

and I got a reply
“looooooove u toooooooo“

Proud of her, proud to have funky mom like her ^^
I learned a lot from her… She is the one that introduces me how beautiful the underwater view is, how interesting to swim in the sea is, how beautiful the nature is, how exciting the “crazy game” (read : slingshot, sky surfer, roller coaster and of course bungee) is…
And how blessed I am to have her as my mom
Ow once more, how cute pooh is (hohohoo i miss to see the pooh stuff at home~~wish she still keep it ^^)

I also proud of her cos she wants to learn to know technology! Cos I know it’s not easy for parents to deal with computer stuff… And guess what, she bought new laptop which is more high-tech than mine *aarggghhh 1-0 ^^“

I think i can’t express more how I really proud of her. Her hard work, her spirit, her diligence, her way to raise me till the way I am now…

Thnx God, finally the concert was done well ^___^

It was last Saturday, Dec 19 2009 the Inaugural concert of Camarata Music Company (CMC) was done in ChungDong 1st Methodist Church with orchestra ^___^

Yup, it’s the concert that I’ve been waiting for a year (read : Messiah in English) and amazingly this year I’m not in the audience seat *gosh still can’t believe that ^_^*. It was a great bless for me to be part of this concert.

Thnx a million to Ryan for managing all of the stuff and led us through the rehearsals, i can’t imagine how to handle these groups of people *salute to him* and to Brendan for the piano and great conducting **
Both of them gave good interpretation of the songs during the rehearsals. (the flying angels and “and strength” from ryan and the “diamond” from brendan are things that I remember the most and made smile while that part was coming ^^)

Also for the choir members, though I don’t really know all of them…
Wish we could meet again (somewhere sometime ^_^)

The orchestra was great. When I heard the first time I heard the pipe organ in last rehearsal….Hoooo it was cool~~ it’s been a while not hear that sounds. Then the strings came in followed with the brass *beautiful* and it’s not complete without timpani ^_^.
Gosh it’s been so long to be surrounded by the orchestra *thnx G*

The soloists were awesome~~ I did enjoy their great voices while they were singing.

And when Hallelujah chorus came *goosebumps~~*

Finally after several saturday rehearsal (sorry i skipped some : ( -bad me-), I still can’t believe that we just did it and so many people came for the concert, especially in that freezing winter night.
Hope the concert could give some fresh air for the people who came and could be a bless for others~~

Also thnx to my family n friends for their support~
Some friends texted, some friends came~~ then we had nyummy dinner after the performance.
Also got a very unique gift kkkkk. Anybody every got a meat (yes MEAT that ready to be cooked) instead of flower or cake after the performance?? (xixixixi thnx pal~). Thnx for the cake too~

Thnx God for this wonderful moment.

As it seen, this morning’s temperature was -12C and it was freezing~~

BUT…of course I’ve prepared for this ^_^.

Today’s stuffs are hat (for head and ear), shawl (for neck and mouth + nose), shirt+sweater+jacket, double gloves, long leg pants+jeans and boots. And it was fine ^_^ *except the face*. The good point of this weather is I got a natural refrigerator~ Cos I brought coffee from dorm to lab, then it turned to be cold in lab just like take it out from the refrigerator.. xixixi.. And another thing that I like from winter is….. the breath fog ^_^ *dunno why~* may be cos it’s the thing that I rarely seen before~

Unfortunately I have to go out at nite today n tomorrow *brrrrrr*
*yippi tomorrow is the performance day~*

Today’s weather forecastbrrrr…. and it is predicted to get colder again (see that 2 digits minus..ouch)… But lucky it’s sunny (well it’s gonna be better if it’s snowing of course ^_^). Before I came here, I used to see on the TV, people are walking here n there in sunny days and they wear jacket, masker and gloves. The thing that I never understand before.

But after I experienced it by myself, now I understand. Don’t trust the sunlight ^_^ cos it doesn’t guarantee that the weather will be warm! (but do trust the snow hihihihi)
And another new thing is, the thickness of your clothes doesn’t guarantee that it will be warm ^_^. I just bought a good sweater before I went to banff last month, and it was great. It’s pretty thin (compare with the jacket of course) but it’s very warm. (but i’m sorry to the lamb, cos it’s written that it’s made from lamb wool…sorry once more… : ( and thank you~)Another thing that might be help to face this freezing weather is….

Masker ^_^ especially when it’s windy.
It helps to protect my face (especially lips) and it’s  cute ^_^

I just had a pooh live chat (read :chat+web cam, the terms that was given by ms.Sz last nite) with mom n dad… and they said… those teeth… outside and inside are almost similar *wakaaka hmm hmm … *
Anyway, i like this masker ^_^ it’s bigger than my previous one and it’s cute (isn’t it???) and it can be flipped (in case I don’t wanna show those teeth kkk).

One question, is it more like rabbit or beaver?? *why I think it’s more like beaver than rabbit?, but the label said it’s rabbit masker…a dunno la…* -Thnx to roomie’s sis for the gift-

11.30PM and it’s 6C outside (but why feel colder in the room err err….)

Another BIG xmas tree in seoul ^_^ Taken on last freezing Saturday after the choir rehearsal near City Hall.

And finally the BIG giant had gone~ *thnx G, thnx my fam n friends for their support ^_^*

BUT, the war is not over yet….

Cos the big giant has so many lil soldiers that want to revenge now… They are little, but they are a lot (read : revision n debugging) And somehow they are attacking in group now… PLUS the got new companies from other kingdoms (read : new assignments). So now i’m under attack after beating the leader.. *huff huff*

See that lil cute xmas tree? Wish the lil giant is as cute as that tree kkkk .
Almost out of energy, but pooh exercise (read : snack-ing) helped kkk. I just had a Korean class as usual n somehow brain exercise with the language made me in the mood for KFC xixixi… So here I am just finished the KFC kkk

But at least I can breath more, though the space is still limited. Yeah due to many things were not well prepared while facing the leader, now kinda out of armor to face the soldiers. *want some recharge time, but looks like kinda hard to find tat*

Almost forgot, yesterday I got recharged quite a lot… Because… it was snowing ^____^ *how can i say i hate winter if it’s snowing* But too bad I didn’t bring my cam, cos I was on the way for lunch from lab. Just one word for the snowfall… BEAUTIFUL ^_^
When i realized it was snowing, I went out of the building and stood under it. It was light snow, but much more than the first snow last time. Quite surprised, cos even the weather forecast didn’t predict it.
While eating my lunch, I always looked out of the window~~watching the snow fall.
*what a childish thing huh, but i do love snow ^__^*

Came back to lab then turned on the song “Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow” (though the snow had gone kkkk). *another thing that can recharge me*.

And as usual the weather after snowfall will getting a bit warmer ^_^

Though it wont be too long, since i see -4 there~ *but it’s ok, if snow will come ^_^*

So once more, thnx G for giving me a chance to pass that.
And pls help me to face these lil soldiers that attack in a group ^_^

It’s -3C outside (n gonna be -6 to 5 for tomorrow)
I’m in my lovely warm room listening Xmas Songs + preparing slide for tomorrow.
*With coffee and snacks of course ^__^*

The call from home always brighten up the day ^___^ *thnx mom n dad~~I’ll give my best for u too ^_^*
Plus just got message from an old friend that cheered me up too *thnx nin~*

Somehow today I feel happy *thnx G*, started with (a bit late : ( ) choir rehearsal in church, then the service (errr sorry for being sleepy : ( ) and the rehearsal after service. And the songs that we rehearsed were… Messiah (again) hoho what a coincidence…
Yeah the church will perform Messiah on Dec 20th.

So there are gonna be 2 messiah performances for this year ^_^. Dec 19th and Dec 20th…
Gosh…It’s more that what i expected ^__^ moreover, now i’m in the choir *what a blessed*

Thnx G for making this happy day, it makes me a bit more calm to face tomorrow (well worry is still there of course). Now i’m still preparing the slide, trying my best for the presentation…

A bit worry with the result, cos that will determined my next step.
But I believe, whatever the result will, for G has lead me this far, then there must be something behind what the result will be. Whether it might be like what I expected or not.

As always, i’ll try to give my best, and trust Him for the rest.

Yeah, after the postponement, tomorrow I’m gonna face the giant in the evening… I should say that I’m still not fully-armored for that, as I tried to re-read what I wrote, the more nervous I am *huff huff*
But still, i should read it and prepare it more, and learn to handle with this worry and nervousness.
But in the other side, I feel happy, cos got supports from home n  friends.

Time for Pooh exercise for a while….
*up…down…up…down…and now…in the mood for snacking ^_^*

Last nite i saw the weather forecast, it said that it’s gonna be snowing on around 9am. *happy*
Then the snow came in my dream hihi, opened up the back door of room and saw the thick snow on the ground *happy happy*

I set the alarm around 9, but woke up around 11, but still no snow : (

And now… 1.35PM Dec 5th 09… The snow is coming ^__^. It’s gonna be (very) windy day~~
But for me as long as it’s snowing, all the windy chilly things are forgiven *happy happy happy*
Yihaa, finally first snow is on Dec 5th , while last year it was Nov 20th.

Though looks like it wont be a thick one, but it’s ok ^__^

Time to get ready for the rehearsal~ 2 weeks left, thnx G my tickets are sold out huff huff.
(and 2 days left to see what will be my next step~)

[no idea for the title~Just another daily thing post~]

2 days ago I was a bit sad cos it was my first day of korean class again (after skip it for 1 month) and another thing that made me love JongNo was… The TenTen Kimbab.
BUT
it was gone, not only this booth, but also all the booths in front of the YBM were gone~~ ㅜㅜ

I was expecting to have  mini kimbabs before the class but… it was gone~

Clean~ no snack stall there…
What is JongNo Road without its snack stalls~~~ *hihihi bit complain in here ^_^*

Some friends said the snack stalls might be gone foreva~ *o no~~ my kimbab~~* but some said it’s just for temporary *yeah i wish too~*. And today I found out a new hope ^_^

Hmm may be the city government want to re-manage it or something… Still no idea about it, but I think they will install the new better cleaner booth for the snack seller and I wish I can eat the TenTen Kimbab soon~~
Nyummy, cheap and fast. Perfect for me who is always come ON time ^_^…
Order it, then finish it in less than 2 mins, or could be eaten in elevator too ^_^ During the class, I heard a siren (still can’t differ the sound of ambulance / fire fighter / police). And just a matter of time then the traffic jam came~~

This condition makes me love subway more~~

And the day was closed with buying coffee to accompany me preparing the slide ^_^

Just found out this coffee in SevenEleven convenient store in subway… Hmmm see the word indonesia there?? They said the coffee bean is from sumatra. Hohoho~
